How AD-99D Entered the International Market – Real Review
Launched in 2003, the Tonewinner AD-99D Hi-Fi integrated amplifier saw its second-generation high-end version released in 2008, tailored for the global high-end audio market in response to strong demand from overseas audiophiles.

In power supply and energy storage, the AD-99D is equipped with a 550VA toroidal transformer and eight custom filter capacitors totaling 69,400μF, paired with precisely matched high-power audiophile-grade transistors and premium internal components. This delivers a stable power foundation, with 180W (8Ω) per channel to easily drive various speakers and unleash their full sonic potential.

It adopts the classic AD1955 decoding chip, combined with carefully matched Toshiba OPA1678 high-power audiophile-grade transistors, ensuring sound purity and resolution from the source.
For versatility, its interface configuration caters to both professional audiophiles and daily use: 1 optical input, 3 coaxial digital inputs, plus HDMI ARC and USB-Audio inputs, seamlessly connecting to digital players, TVs, computers and other audio sources.

The AD-99D also features a SW-OUT subwoofer output for 2.1-channel immersive bass, and a separate preamp/power amp design (removing the back-panel U-shaped connector converts it to a pure power amp) for personalized setups. It supports USB/TF lossless playback (WAV, FLAC) and high-quality Bluetooth, balancing audiophile demands with everyday convenience.
Every detail of the AD-99D demonstrates the strength of Chinese brands on the world stage and precisely caters the discerning ears of audiophiles.
